Nottingham Conservatives have selected three candidates to stand in the upcoming General Election.
Jane Hunt has been re-selected as our candidate for Nottingham South at the upcoming General Election. Jane previously stood for Nottingham South in 2015, and has campaigned hard in the area since.
Simon Murray has been selected as our candidate for Nottingham East. Simon has been a barrister for over 16. He lives locally with his wife and 5 year old twins.
Jack Tinley has been selected as our candidate for Nottingham North. Jack grew up in Nottingham, attending school and working in the city. Jack grew up in a low income, single parent family. He is passionate about youth services and ensuring that all young people get the best possible start in life. His family fostered several children and for a number of years he was a trustee of a charity that worked with at risk children.
All three candidates have launched their campaigns locally, taking the Conservative message of strength and stability from door to door. The Nottingham candidates have already been joined by senior Conservative members including Nicky Morgan, Justine Greening, Boris Johnson, and Prime Minister Theresa May.
The candidates are out every day campaigning around Nottingham. They need as much support as possible in spreading the Conservative message.
